Following a Private Equity backed MBO, by a large mid-cap investor, our client required a Sales Director with significant international distributorship channel experience, to lead a sizeable sales and commercial team.

In order to achieve the strategic sales growth forecasted in the investment plan, sales management needed to be professionalised and enhanced through the acquisition of a highly committed sales leader.
