Facing the challenge of candidate shortages in Management Consultant and Principal Consultant levels, as well as consultation, Bailey Montagu was approached by a professional services company. Bailey Montagu was invited to develop a strategic hiring program and deliver a wide range of individuals in what is a limited capability, where traditional advertised campaigns had significantly failed.

Bailey Montagu set up a team of specialist consultants, led by a highly experienced account manager who worked closely with the client interface team. Bailey Montagu utilised search methodologies to map and then target and approach scarce skill candidates, who would otherwise not respond to traditional methods.

Bailey Montagu engaged the candidates on the client proposition and then forwarded them to the client’s candidate engagement team to follow up, eventually leading to successful acquisition.

The project was 12 months in duration and resulted in a significant acquisition in highly skilled Management Consultants, within the Life Sciences and Consumer Manufacturing capabilities.
