Phill Machell expands remit to Global Manufacturing Search and Interim Partner

Testament of Bailey Montagu’s sustained growth as a proven and trusted Executive Search and Interim Solutions consultancy across a range of sectors, Phill Machell, has extended his remit to encompass Global Manufacturing Search to his existing Interim solutions portfolio.

Phill will continue to spearhead Bailey Montagu’s fast-growing Interim Solutions area of the business, alongside heading up Global Manufacturing Search.

The role extension follows the recent hire of three Search Partners. Dan Harden, Andrew Linger and Richard Simmonds joined the company in 2023, and continue to apply their decades of sector expertise to the benefit of our clients.

Exceptionally well-networked and highly respected, Phill has 32 years’ experience working with an impressive portfolio of Manufacturing based clients and candidates. Phill’s specific areas of expertise are the Automotive, Rail and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
