Plant Operations Director
The ideal solution
Any organisation will struggle without a Plant/Operations Director in situ carrying out their important duties. They keep everything running smoothly and develop vital long-term strategies that the daily operations rely upon. Any absence in this role can be damaging to an organisation’s efficiency and productivity. Should there be a necessary absence, then an Interim Plant/Operations Director is the ideal solution.
An Interim Plant/Operations Director must have the necessary experience and expertise to administer and direct maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment. They will need to procure all utilities and coordinate activities with other department heads to ensure operations are both efficient and safe.
