Andrew Linger joined Bailey Montagu in 2023, and brings almost three decades of sector expertise and experience to the company’s growing team of executive search experts. Having initially trained as a chartered accountant, Andrew became involved in specialist financial recruitment in the late-1990s, when he joined Robert Walters, culminating in him leading and growing their Executive Search practice for almost 10 years. He went on to work for a number of specialist boutique firms and has supported a broad range of clients across a range of industry sectors.
Health and Life Sciences has seen phenomenal growth and changes in recent years, and Andrew has been specifically focused on the sector, advising and supporting organisations to attract the best senior commercial talent through an extensive network and agile hiring practices. Andrew has worked with PE backed, private and listed businesses partnering them in their hiring of CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Commercial Directors and Logistics and Supply Chain specialists, to name but a few.
