Dan Harden joined Bailey Montagu’s growing team of executive search specialists in 2023. Dan leads on searches for Board Directors, Chief Executives and Management teams for Industrial clients globally.
His long and diverse career in executive search, which has seen him working with public companies, as well as private equity and venture capital. Dan has held senior positions with many prominent advisory and executive search firms, including Whitehead Mann, Odgers Berndtson, and Russell Reynolds.
He was the Global Head of the Industrial Markets Practice at Stanton Chase International. More recently, he held a similar position at New Street Consulting Group.
Dan Harden grew up in the United Arab Emirates. He went onto study Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Exeter. Before entering the executive search profession, Dan served for four years with the British Army, as Captain in Northern Ireland and in Cyprus with the Light Infantry.
