Jenny is the Business Development Director responsible for generating new and existing partnerships with Bailey Montagu’s high profile clients. She covers all sectors within the business working closely with the partners maintaining and developing relationships for senior management and executive hires.
She has a wealth of experience in the Executive Search industry ranging from recruiting for FTSE 100 organisations covering the Sales and Marketing sectors and also in the IT space, finding senior executives for top tier software vendors in the UK and EMEA. She also broadened her network to recruit executives in the US for key leadership roles and found talent for one of the world’s leading supply chain vendors covering all their management roles across EMEA.
Prior to Executive Search she worked in the banking industry and the exhibition business where her empathy with blue chip clients secured an excellent marketing platform for their success.
